Not a crisis service
NotAIAgent is for friendly emotional support. It is not a mental health, medical, therapy, emergency, or crisis-response service. People in immediate danger should contact local emergency services or qualified professionals. Members ages 13-17 require extra moderation, reporting clarity, and guardian-aware terms before production launch.
Report workflow
A report can include selected messages, an optional description, the conversation id, participant ids, session timing, and billing context. Admins review evidence from the private control panel and every action is audit logged.
